  • Shipping Address:

Return and Exchange

At Kandy Planet, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and most delicious candies and treats. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer a comprehensive Return and Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the process.

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order number.
Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. We are unable to accept returns on these items for hygiene or safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
Once we receive the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the items are approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

2. Exchanges

If you received a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. To qualify for an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage to assist with our assessment.
Once the exchange has been authorized, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item(s). Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will verify the damage and promptly send a new product to you. If the same product is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative. We will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. Should we be unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will offer you a refund according to the guidelines mentioned in the Returns section.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, though cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
